The Living Presence of the Tide ~ A Healing Retreat for Osteopaths
Through lecture, discussion, contemplation, and hands-on osteopathic treatment we will explore various landscapes of healing to build deeper relationships with the presence of the Creative and Healing forces of the Tide in ourselves and, through treatment, within our patients. There will be a focus on both our individual and collective healing as a means toward nurturing a more deeply bonded community.

The Tide
Held at the Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, participants will enjoy a private room with private bathroom, all meals and snacks, and use of the spiritual centre’s facilities and wooded grounds, including the beautiful main chapel which is the Canadian Shrine of St. Thérèse of Lisieux.
This retreat is offered at an intermediate to advanced level and is geared toward experienced osteopaths who have completed at least Biodynamics of Osteopathy Phases I-VII and/or Treatment of Children I-III. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis.
The retreat will begin with supper together at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, and will conclude with lunch together at noon on Sunday, January 11, 2026.
Cost: $1300.00 USD includes teaching and practical instruction, four nights’ private accommodation, all meals and snacks. Participants may bring a partner upon request, subject to an additional fee for meals and snacks.

Through lecture, discussion, contemplation, solitude, community, and hands-on osteopathic treatment we will explore various landscapes of healing to build deeper relationships with the presence of the Creative and Healing forces of the Tide in ourselves and, in treatment, through our patients. There will be a focus on both our individual and collective healing as a means toward nurturing our own healing journey, as well as a more deeply bonded community.
Topics may include:
• The Presence of Stillness, Silence… Rest, Functional Reserve & Resting in the Light of the Health,The Point of Nothingness
This retreat will be offered at an intermediate to advanced level and is geared toward experienced osteopaths who have completed at least Biodynamics of Osteopathy Phases I-VII, Pediatrics I-III or a Biodynamic focused Children’s Clinic curriculum. (Such as SOCK, BPSCO, Etc.)
Exceptions may be made on an individual basis.
Location is the beautiful monastery Crêt Bérard in Puidoux, Switzerland, a small town between Lausanne and Montreux. A sacred space where Dr. James Jealous often taught. We will gather for dinner together on Sunday, May 25 at 6:45pm followed by an evening welcome talk and contemplation. Our retreat will conclude with Lunch at 1pm on Thursday, May 29.
Cost: 850.00 Euro
Participants are encouraged to stay on the grounds of Crêt Bérard during the retreat.
Reasonable per-night accommodations are available:

CNS Diagnostics & Treatment with Embryology & Anatomy review
This course is an in depth review of various diagnostic and treatment approaches to CNS trauma that appear throughout the Biodynamic curriculum. There will be a focus on head trauma, concussion, post-concussive syndrome including the cerebrum, cerebellum, midbrain, brainstem, and spinal cord. This course is geared toward experienced osteopaths who wish to gain greater precision in working with therapeutic forces of the Health through Tissue, Fluid, and Potency (RTP) to restore function, Health and Wholeness. Principles of treatment will be grounded in Health (The Perfect form and function), Wholeness, Direction of Ease, the Breathing of Primary Respiration, Stillness, Silence and Emptiness.
Recommended Prerequisites: Phase I-VII or Pediatrics I-III or advanced studies in OCF.

Topics may include: Presence passing through from the Upper Circle, The Movement of Eternity through the Incarnate Matrix of the Health, The Breath of Life, Divine Love, Divine Mind, Divine Intention.
